I'm Justin, originally from Flagstaff, Arizona, graduated from Monahans High School in 2007. I briefly attended Odessa College while working full-time in the oil field for nine years. In 2016, I transitioned into the business world and now leads a company in San Antonio, Texas.
I truly appreciates the company’s culture and its performance-based structure, highlighting the importance of prioritizing people for growth. My aim is to retire by age 50 and have plans to financially support my mother and sister. A sports enthusiast, I enjoy basketball and football, particularly following the San Antonio Spurs and New England Patriots. In my free time, I love spending time with my dogs, Pax and Dawn, and my beautiful girlfriend, Ariel.

Hello, I am Dez Herron. I grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas, where I discovered my passion for sales and entrepreneurship. After relocating to Houston, Texas, I launched my own sales company, which has since grown and expanded into multiple regions. Known for my strategic thinking and leadership, I have successfully built a strong brand presence in key markets. Now based in Houston, I am focused on further scaling my company, aiming to explore new territories and industries. I enjoy good taste in music, traveling, nature scenes, plant based foods, vintage and unique finds, creating art and connecting with like minded individuals with a similar goal.
